Good morning Nat, I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you very much for the discounted price on my new Kymco and to give you a little feedback on Glenn Harris. My wife and I met Glenn in your store last week and were both impressed with his approach. He appeared to have good knowledge of the product, was very friendly and most importantly, he seemed to be very genuine. A quality I believe would be rather important in your industry when selling to older, easily influenced customers. Throughout my dealings with Glenn he has been most accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Dear Judy and Motobility staff, I am sorry it has taken me so long to send this email but it is just as sincere. Recently I was part of a team who ordered a new adjustable bed for Maria in Bindoon. From the beginning to end of the ordering and delivering process I have nothing but praise for all the people I dealt with. You went out of your way to send the quotes the day I rang, the bed was delivered very quickly and on a day suitable to our customer. Although I wasn't there when the bed arrived Maria told me it all went very smoothly and she was very pleased. Best of all Maria just loves her new bed. She tells me at times she doesn't want to get out as it is so comfortable! She has told me this several times and each time I have felt guilty that I have not passed on her happiness and gratefulness to you all. The bed and mattress is fantastic! I can’t believe Matt is sleeping thru the night! The Hi/Lo lift is helping me tremendously to manage him without hurting my back Everyone from sales to the service team were all so helpful and caring.. going out of their way to get the bed delivered fast It was the best thing we ever could have done!
